First of all you have to complete the Quest: "More Than Meets The Eye"
You can take this Quest by "Hardin" in: Hardins Private Academy.

Once you have completed the Quest, then you have to have subclasses.
Let's say that you have a subclass which is 80lvl.
Your main class is Soultaker and your Subclass Cardinal.
Now you have to go to "Ivory Tower" > "2nd Floor Human's Guild".
There are 2 NPCs among the others named: "Avant-Garde" and "Valleria".
Now... Use Valleria to switch to your subclass.
Once you have switched to your subclass, Talk to Valleria again.
This time click the Options: Subclass > Subclass Skill Certification > Get Certified.
Now you see 4 Options. 4 Different books. Well:
The 4th book is the book for the transformations.
The first two books are the Emergent Ability Books.
The third, she asks you if you want the Master or Class Specific Book.
The differenec between them is:
On every subclass you get Master, BUT EVERY Class Specific BOOK is different between classes.
Well now, Get the books. Switch back to your MAIN class.
Go talk to "Avant-Garde".
Click the Options: Learn About Subclass Certifications > Learn skills of the Certified Subclass > Learn Skills.
There you go. You now have the list of the skills.
Now remember that for each lvl of the Emergent Ability Skills, you need a different Emerget Ability Book.
The same for Master Abilities too.
The Emergent Abilities are on the TOP of the list and the Master at the END.
Between them there are Class-Specific and Transformations.
Now you can check the list by yourself.
But let me give you an example...
As you see on the list, The first is the Emergent Ability (Don't worry there are more but I have already took them)!
Below that is a skill called Warrior Ability - Boost CP.
This is a skill which in order to be obtained needs:
Make a Warrior Class lvl80 and then as the 3rd book choose CLASS SPECIFIC.
Then you can get it.
And here are the Master Skills:
As you can see the skill at the end named Master Ability - Magic Defense.
So in conclusion, if you want to obtain a Class-Specific Skill, you have to make a subclass according to the name of the skill you want. Example: You want to take a Warrior Ability, you must have a Warrior SubClass. For Enchanter Ability you need an Enchanter Class SubClass.
Subclass types are categorized as follows:
Warrior: Warlord, Gladiator, Destroyer, Tyrant, Bounty Hunter, Warsmith,Berserker, SoulBreaker (Male & Female).
Rogue: Hawkeye, Silver Ranger, Phantom Ranger, Arbalester, Treasure Hunter, Plainswalker, Abyss Walker.
Knight: Paladin, Dark Avenger, Temple Knight, Shilien Knight.
Summoner: Warlock, Elemental Summoner, Phantom Summoner.
Wizard: Sorcerer, Necromancer, Spellsinger, Spellhowler.
Healer: Bishop, Elven Elder, Shilien Elder.
Enchanter: Prophet, SwordSinger, Bladedancer, Warcryer, Overlord, Inspector (Male & Female).
